Thank you for choosing DMS Apostille Service! We appreciate the trust and confidence you've placed in us.

Our Professional staff consists of Legal Assistants and Apostille Agents; all whom are

qualified to assist you in obtaining U.S. Document Authentications for use outside the United States of America.

DMS Apostille Service wants you to know that we value the trust you have placed in us. As part of earning that trust, we want you to know that the privacy of your personal information is a serious matter for our staff. All of us at DMS Apostille Service respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information on your documents and the Cover Letter. All information is kept private, confidential and

secure.

The information you provide to us on the Cover Letter is only to complete your request for an authentication through the United States Authorities. We do not share your information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your authentication requests as required and/or permitted by law.

Authentication requests are processed as quickly as possible. However, please submit documents as soon as possible and allow sufficient time for completion; 10-14 business days or longer. We do not make promises of a completion date for Authentications, and

we do not offer a "rush service".

Please follow all instructions carefully on the Cover Letter and within the 2 Steps for the correct processing to take place for your documents. This is for your benefit, so that there will be no delay in the processing of your documents and no additional Service Fees added.

You may choose to submit our Cover Letter by mail, or as an E-Mail attachment. However, the original Documents must be mailed to our office.

DMS Apostille Service allows our clients to purchase with credit card through our Payment Center. Our Payment Center consists of "Google Checkout" , and "PayPal" What is PayPal? as a form of online payment for our services. However, there is a Credit Card Convenience Fee of $2.20 that has already been applied to the Service Fee Per document if you choose to purchase this way.

All fees are included in the Service Fee per document. We also provide Additional Services which are optional. If you choose these additional services, they will be added to the service fee per document.

In addition to our Payment Center, we also accept all other forms of payment. We do our best to keep our fees affordable for our clients; that is why, if needed, we offer a Payment Plan. It is a helpful and quick way for our clients to get the processing going.

Payment Plan Information: 1/2 down of Service Fees to start the processing. Then, when the authentication is complete, the remainder is due in our office before we

will ship the authentication to you.

If you need more time in submitting the remainder that is due, that is not a problem, just let us know. We will be happy to work out an additional Payment Plan for you if necessary; please do not hesitate to ask us.

First Option Payment Plan: You may choose to submit 1/2 down of Service Fees online. First, please Contact Us so we can E-Mail you the first Invoice to purchase the 1/2 down Service Fee amount through our Payment Center. Then, when the

authentication is complete and ready to ship to you, we will E-Mail you the 2nd

Invoice requesting the remainder amount that is due through our Payment Center.

Second Option Payment Plan: You may choose to mail us the 1/2 down of Service Fees to start the processing. Then, when the authentication is complete and ready to ship to you, we will mail you an Invoice requesting the remainder amount that is due by mail.

Once processing has begun, we do not issue refunds.

During the processing order, if DMS Apostille Service and/or U.S. Authorities have found an error on your document, our office will notify you. We will return the documents to you, and a letter explaining the reason why; there will be no refunds for this processing.

DMS Apostille Service always, and must, adhere to all United States authorities strict rules, policies, guidelines, and processing times. We all must adhere to these policies.

If you choose to correct the error on the document and return the document to our office for the 2nd processing, you will need to complete another Cover Letter and submit another Service Fee per document.

Shipping: DMS Apostille Service is not responsible for documents that may get lost and/or damaged in International and/or Domestic Shipping. Also, we are not responsible

for a certain arrival date.

For Domestic and International shipping, we use "USPS Priority and/or EMI Mail". If this is not appropriate for you, please mail us a Pre-paid, self-addressed shipping label/document size envelope from the carrier of your choice.

Or, we can ship overnight via UPS for you; we will let you know our fee for this service

which must be paid before we will ship your documents.

If our clients choose to complete a Survey Letter, and also if they choose to provide their signature, this will then grant DMS Apostille Service the permission to post their comments. Please Note: for your privacy, only the First Name, State, and the comment will be posted.
